Harry Biscarr earned his B.A. from Hamilton College with a major in Fine Art. Harry started picture framing in 1989 and has since become accomplished in fine art, design, consultation, picture hanging, restoration and appraisals. In 2003 Harry went on his own and opened Biscarr Framing LLC in Georgetown at 2820 Pennsylvania Ave. NW.  In 2007 Harry purchased Allen Picture Frame Co. which was renamed Allen Custom Frame.  Since graduation from College Harry has only been framing and still loves what he does.
